Returns
We accept returns for items purchased directly from Willoe Design within 30 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team via email or contact form.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as you received it, and in its original packaging. Please ensure that the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect item shipped, item arrived damaged). We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns to ensure safe delivery.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Refunds
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 30 days of delivery. To request a refund, please contact our customer service team via email or contact form with your order number and reason for the refund.
Refunds will be issued for the purchase price of the item(s) returned, excluding any shipping fees. Please note that refunds may take 3-5 business days to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately by email with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, whether through a replacement or refund.
International Returns
For international returns, please note that additional customs duties, taxes, and fees may apply. Willoe Design is not responsible for any customs charges incurred for returning items from outside Australia.
