Processing Time
- Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
- High Volume Periods: During peak seasons or sale events, processing times may be slightly extended. We appreciate your patience during these times.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Domestic Shipping
- Within NSW: up to 5 business days
- Rest of Australia: 5-15 business days
International Shipping
- Standard: 6-28 business days
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Shipping Carriers
We partner with reputable carriers to ensure your order is delivered safely and promptly. Our primary carriers include:
- Australia Post
- Sendle (default courier)
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number. You can track your package using the tracking link provided in the email.
Shipping Restrictions
- We currently ship to addresses within Australia, and several international destinations.
- Certain remote or restricted areas may have limited shipping options.
- We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
- Domestic Orders: Sales tax is applied at checkout according to state and local regulations.
- International Orders: Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Willoe Design is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
Delays
While we strive to deliver your order within the estimated time frame, unforeseen circumstances such as severe weather, natural disasters, or other events beyond our control may cause shipping delays. In such cases, we will communicate any significant delays as soon as we are aware.
Lost or Damaged Packages
- If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately through this contact form so we can assist you with filing a claim.
- For lost packages, we will investigate and initiate a refund or replacement once the carrier confirms the package cannot be located.
